In my mid-20s, I entered the digital industry as a career changer. Without a high school diploma, without a college degree—and with a great deal of success. I learned early on that it's not the perfect resume that makes us successful, but the way we treat each other. My goal is to make leadership more humane, courageous, and sustainable—without buzzwords, but with real impact.
