I stand for a working environment in which leadership is courageous enough to be human—and in which culture is not a buzzword, but a promise.
My path has rarely been straightforward: from working as a nanny without a high school diploma to the digital economy, later to Microsoft and into the world of leadership, responsibility, and cultural change. These experiences have shown me that the most important skill of the future is not technical know-how, but emotional intelligence.
Awards and recognition
As a speaker, author, and executive advisor, I support people and organizations in rethinking leadership—more courageously, more clearly, and more humanely. I have received several awards for my work, including being named one of the “25 women revolutionizing our economy” and an HR Top Voice.
Magdalena Rogl has achieved a minor cultural revolution: emotions not only have a place in the world of work, they are also an indispensable compass for better understanding ourselves and others.
